Caitlin Iglehart

Caitlin Iglehart (she/her) is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey. Caitlin holds a masters degree in Applied Child and Adolescent Psychology: Prevention and Treatment from the University of Washington. Caitlin is trained in CBT+ (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for anxiety, depression, behavior management, and trauma), Helping the Noncompliant Child (HNC), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
Caitlin’s clinical experience includes working as youth and family therapist (ages 5-25) at a community mental health agency, in school settings, and in transitional housing facilities. Caitlin is experienced in supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression and mood disorders, impulse and behavior regulation challenges, experiencing the effects of trauma, and navigating life stressors. Caitlin uses a culturally considerate, strengths-based, collaborative approach. She believes therapy should be an empowering process. She works hard to equip individuals and their support systems with tools to achieve positive, enduring mental health changes.
