Kristen is a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) and a National Board-Certified Counselor (NBCC) in New Jersey. She has an abundance of experience working with children who are struggling with anxiety, stress, conflict resolution, peer relationships, and related difficulties. As a current School Counselor, Kristen has a strong understanding of the various stressors children experience in today’s world. Her approach to counseling is integrative with an emphasis on Solution Focused Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Kristen offers real strategies her clients can use independently. She believes in the individuality of clients and the importance of creating a trusting relationship by providing a safe, non-judgemental environment.
